How do I make a purchase?

To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or PayPal account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.

Delivery

You can collect your purchased item from WWF Armenia office at 11/1 Proshyan str, Yerevan 0019, Armenia.

DELIVERY

For shipping, you will need to send us an email at shop@wwf.am. The costs and delivery time will vary depending on the destination point. Delivery in Armenia usually takes a few days. International shipping can take up to 2 months depending on the destination point.

You can visit https://haypost.am/en/1371742183 to check the tariffs of shipment by HayPost, the Armenian national postal service. All shipments from WWF Armenia are made through HayPost.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

You can return or request a replacement of the purchased item within 14 days after the delivery date in Armenia and within 60 days after the delivery date in case of international shipping.

In case of return or replacement, you will need to send us an email at shop@wwf.am with the photographs and clear description of the encountered problem.

Refund: We will refund all sums you have paid to us for the item, once we agree there is a problem with it and receive the item back. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment within 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Replacement: We will supply the replacement of the item, once we agree there is a problem with it and receive the item back (in case we have the relevant item in our stock).
